Ms. Page’s client was found not guilty of all charges after the Judge agreed the police search was unlawful. The client was a passenger in the vehicle with a loaded firearm in his waistband. In the trunk, the police found a large quantity of oxycodone and hydromorphone.
The Judge agreed with Ms. Page that the police were lying about their reasons for stopping the vehicle and what they saw inside it. The Judge agreed that the search was illegal and all of the evidence was excluded. All 3 accused persons were found not guilty of all charges.
